What happened to my spindle running backwards after installation?
This is a common misuse. You only need to switch any two power cables, and the spindle can be operated in the correct direction.
What should I do if my spindle starts to vibrate and behave abnormally? .
Try checking the spindle and the connection between the VFD and any connectors is normal. If it is abnormal, repair it.
What does my VFD mean by “overcurrent” or similar errors?
1) Check the spindle, is the connection between the VFD and any connectors loose? If so, reconnect firmly.
2) Check if the VFD parameter setting is correct.
3) If the winding is short-circuited or the insulation is damaged, it needs to be repaired.
I just changed a new VFD but it has been stumbling now.
1) If it is an asynchronous motor, check if the basic drive parameters are set according to your spindle.

What if my spindle does not turn?
1) Turn the spindle by hand while the machine stops. If it can rotate freely, re-run the machine. If not, it may be disturbed or the bearing is damaged during operation. In this case, repairs are needed.
2) Check the sensor logic and read correctly.
3) Check if the tool clamp or unclamp valve is installed abnormally.
