The working principle of the engraving machine:
The design and layout are carried out by special engraving software configured in the computer, and the information is automatically transmitted by the computer to the engraving machine controller. The controller then converts this information into a signal with power that can drive the stepper motor or servo motor and controls the engraving machine to generate the engraving path of the X, Y, and Z axes.
At the same time, the spindle on the engraving machine rotates at a high speed. By using the tool arranged according to the processing material, the machining material fixed on the main table can be cut, and various plane or three-dimensional relief patterns and characters designed in the computer can be engraved to realize the automatic carving operation.
