1 Do not use compressed air to clean the spindle motor. That is, to avoid dust from entering the spindle gap and damage the spindle bearing.

2 When cleaning the area around the spindle motor, although the spindle stops, we should energize the machine tool and the spindle bearing is in the air curtain protection state.

3 When the spindle motor is in use, note that we should place the cutting fluid on the cutting tool, not on the spindle shaft end.

4 In order to ensure the high precision of the ATC spindle motor, only the precise dynamic balance standard tool can be used during high-speed operation. When the high precision cutting is performed, the spindle motor is preheated for a certain period of time to achieve thermal stability.
